CHECKOUT-READY DRAFT · NOT YET OPERATIVE

Your information

Privacy Policy

A plain-language account of what we collect, why we use it, who may receive it, and the choices available to you.

Draft dated July 15, 2026. This document must be conformed to the actual providers and platform operations before it becomes operative.

Plain-language summary

We use personal information to deliver the curriculum business, process payments, communicate, protect the platform, and improve the experience. We do not ask members to upload information about children.

The complete provisions below control. This summary is provided to make the document easier to understand.

1. Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Melodic Motion LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company (“Melodic Motion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information through melodicmotion.com, our forms, checkout, email, member platform, community, support, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It does not govern an independent member’s own class business or third-party service used under that third party’s separate policy.

For questions or privacy requests, email hello@melodicmotion.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Contact and account information: name, email, business name, login details, profile information, and communication preferences;
  • Transaction information: products, reservation or membership status, amounts, dates, billing address, and limited payment metadata. Payment-card details are processed by our payment provider and are not intended to be stored by us;
  • Communications and submissions: messages, support requests, survey responses, feedback, optional testimonials, and community content;
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, and interaction data;
  • Member activity: lesson access, downloads, completion or viewing activity, membership status, and platform preferences; and
  • Information from providers: confirmations or identifiers received from payment, email, hosting, analytics, authentication, and member-platform vendors.

Please do not send sensitive information or information about children unless we specifically request it through an approved process.

3. How we use information

  • provide the free lesson, reservation, membership, curriculum, community, and support;
  • process transactions, refunds, authentication, and account administration;
  • send receipts, access instructions, launch notices, security notices, and other transactional communications;
  • send marketing where permitted and honor unsubscribe choices;
  • personalize and improve the Services, troubleshoot, analyze performance, and develop new materials;
  • protect accounts, investigate fraud or misuse, enforce agreements, and secure our rights and systems;
  • comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and maintain business records; and
  • create aggregated or deidentified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

4. Cookies and analytics

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential operation, login, preferences, security, analytics, email measurement, and—only if activated—advertising attribution. Before launch, this section must be updated with the actual analytics and advertising tools and any legally required consent controls.

You may use browser controls to limit cookies, but essential features may not function correctly. We do not respond to every browser “Do Not Track” signal because no uniform standard governs those signals. Where legally required, we will honor applicable opt-out preference signals for covered processing.

5. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information:

  • to vendors that provide hosting, payments, email delivery, authentication, analytics, customer support, file storage, security, and the member platform under contractual or operational restrictions;
  • to professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, insurers, and auditors;
  • when you direct us to share information, submit public community content, or separately consent;
  • in connection with financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business; and
  • when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, investigate fraud, enforce terms, or defend legal rights.

If advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking is later enabled, we will update this policy and provide legally required disclosures and choices before using it.

6. Children’s privacy

The Services are sold to adults and are not intended for children under 13 to create accounts, submit personal information, or purchase access. The appearance of child-focused curriculum does not make the business and membership portions of the Services a child-directed account service.

Members must not upload student rosters, children’s names, photographs, recordings, contact information, or other child information to us or the community unless we expressly provide an approved feature and written instructions. If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without required permission, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us at hello@melodicmotion.com.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing access, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing licenses, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. We may retain deidentified information and records necessary to document consent, payments, refunds, and intellectual-property enforcement.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and our operations. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or information has been compromised.

8. Your choices and requests

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Transactional messages concerning an active reservation, payment, account, security issue, or policy change may continue. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information by emailing hello@melodicmotion.com. We may verify identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Residents of jurisdictions granting additional privacy rights may exercise those rights through the same address. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising an applicable right. An authorized agent may submit a request where allowed, subject to verification.

9. Location and international use

Melodic Motion LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. The Services are initially intended for United States users; international availability does not represent that the Services comply with every foreign law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in practices, providers, law, or the Services. The effective date and material-change notice will be updated when the operative policy launches. If a change materially affects existing information, we will provide notice or obtain consent when required.
