May I charge families for classes?+
Yes. While your membership is active, you may use the curriculum in paid classes offered through your independently owned and operated business, subject to the final membership and curriculum-license terms.
Are there any rules I have to follow?+
A few core ones. Classes are live and in person, a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult attends and participates with each child, member materials are not redistributed or used in recorded classes, and you carry your own general liability insurance before teaching. Your business name, pricing, schedule, venues, marketing, and pace remain yours to decide, subject to the membership license and applicable law.
Is this a franchise or employment opportunity?+
No. You are not purchasing a territory, opening a Melodic Motion location, or becoming an employee or agent. You operate under your own business name and make your own decisions about pricing, schedule, venues, and marketing.
